A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Mark began his career in the hardware industry in 1985 for Security Hardware. He is experienced in every facet of the rep business focusing on branding, technical training/education and sales expertise. Mark has developed relationships that are valued and respected in the industry. In 2003, earned IPA -MRERF Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) designation completing course study at ASU. Primary responsibilities are to influence distributors, end users and consultants. He is proudly married to his wife, Donna, for 30+ years and blessed parents of four sons.

Steve Winters joins Security Hardware in January 2019 with 30+ years of experience in sales and distribution. After running a family lighting, plumbing and hardware retail business, Steve worked for a major lock and door hardware distributor. He is an expert technically with many brands in both lighting and hardware; customer-centric with the ability to detail and consult to your needs. Steve will work primarily with OMNIA and TRIMCO product lines with responsibility to serve decorative showroom customers and designers.
